Terms of Service

StockY is an inventory management tool designed for small shops and teams. It allows you to manage products, stock levels, photos, and team access.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to do the above. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is harmful
• Abuse or overload the Service

You retain ownership of the product data, photos, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Currently StockY may offer free access with certain limits (e.g. number of team members). We may introduce paid plans in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
